Hanna Nabilska

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

Hello, I’m Hanna — a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with a background in psychology and a deep belief in the healing power of safe, respectful human connection.

My journey into therapy began with my own lived and professional experiences, witnessing how emotional pain, trauma, and disconnection can shape a person’s life. I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories and to helping them move toward greater clarity, strength, and self-compassion. This calling led me to train formally as a psychologist and CBT psychotherapist, and today I support adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and the long-term impact of stress and life transitions.

I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies at the University of Bolton and am fully accredited with the BABCP. My clinical work spans a wide range of communities, from university students and displaced Ukrainians to adults navigating difficult life circumstances or social isolation. I’ve delivered high-intensity CBT in line with NICE guidelines for presentations such as depression, PTSD, social anxiety, OCD, and panic disorder.

I offer therapy in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. I understand how essential it is to feel seen and heard not just through language, but in shared culture, values, and lived experience. This is especially important when working with trauma, displacement, and the process of rebuilding life after disruption.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, reflect, and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re coming to therapy to work through something painful, to better understand yourself, or to find steadier ground — I’m here to support you, at your pace.
